Frequently Asked Questions
Can you print my own design?
Yes. Start through Custom 3D Printing and share your file and project requirements. Common 3D manufacturing formats include STL, 3MF and OBJ where suitable for the workflow.
Can I order only one part?
Custom requests can include one-off parts as well as small or larger batches. Feasibility and pricing depend on the geometry, material, size and quantity.
Can you help me choose a material?
Yes. Tell us how the part will be used, including heat, outdoor exposure, flexibility and load requirements. We can then discuss an appropriate production direction.
Do you make replacement parts?
We can review non-safety-critical replacement parts, covers, clips, knobs, brackets and similar components. Fit-critical work should include accurate measurements or a suitable model.
Do you make parts for drones, RC and robotics?
Yes, our DeepTech range focuses on project hardware such as mounts, enclosures, brackets, storage and prototype components. Suitability depends on the application.
What about safety-critical parts?
We do not assume that a 3D-printed part is suitable for a safety-critical, regulated or load-bearing application simply because it can be printed. Such applications require appropriate engineering, validation and compliance outside a normal consumer print order.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. Visit Business & Engineering for prototypes, batches, repeat production and project enquiries.
Where can I find shipping and returns information?
