Scope & acceptance

Last updated: 30 August 2026. These Terms govern use of the online store and purchases from 3dprintedsolutionsnl. By placing an order you agree to the Terms applicable at that time. Mandatory consumer protections always take priority where they cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Product information

We aim to describe products, materials, dimensions, included items, specifications and images accurately. 3D-printed components can show minor visual or surface-finish variation between production batches. Normal manufacturing variation never permits us to supply a product that fails to meet the agreed description or mandatory conformity requirements.

The product page, selected configuration or variant, written quotation and order confirmation together determine what is included.

Orders, pricing & payment

An order is formed through the checkout and confirmation process subject to applicable law. We may reject or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, unavailable product, legal or transport restriction, or a configuration that cannot reasonably be supplied. If we cancel a paid order, amounts due back will be refunded.

Prices, applicable taxes, shipping and optional charges are displayed or explained before purchase where required. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout.

Custom configurations

Custom work is based on the specification agreed in the product selection, quotation or written order confirmation. Customers must review custom requirements carefully before approval. Requested changes after production begins can affect price, compatibility and delivery timing and may require a revised agreement.

Where a product is genuinely made to individual specifications or clearly personalised, the change-of-mind withdrawal right may not apply where the law provides such an exception. Rights relating to defects, damage, incorrect supply or non-conformity remain unaffected.

Shipping, delivery & returns

Shipping destinations, processing, rates and delivery matters are described in our Shipping Policy. Eligible returns, withdrawal rules and refund procedures are described in Returns & Warranty.

International customers are responsible for checking destination-country import and operating requirements, without reducing any responsibility that applicable law places on us as seller.

Conformity & warranty

Customers retain mandatory statutory rights relating to product conformity. For Dutch consumer sales, statutory conformity is based on what the consumer may reasonably expect from the product and is not replaced by a shorter commercial warranty.

We additionally provide the 12-month limited propulsion/drive-system commercial warranty described in Returns & Warranty. That additional warranty does not restrict statutory rights.

Safe & lawful use

Products must be assembled, configured, charged, maintained and operated in accordance with supplied instructions, published specifications and applicable law. Customers are responsible for legal requirements that apply to their intended use or location, including registrations, permits, operator qualifications, insurance, radio-frequency rules, local restrictions or airspace rules where relevant.

Do not operate damaged or improperly configured hardware, or use a product in a way that creates an unreasonable risk to people, property or the environment. We may refuse configuration requests we reasonably believe would be unlawful or unsafe.

Modifications & third-party components

Customer modifications, third-party firmware, batteries, components or repairs can affect performance and commercial warranty coverage where they cause or contribute to a defect. This does not exclude statutory rights for unrelated defects for which we remain legally responsible.

Intellectual property & site use

Unless stated otherwise, original store design, text, branding, graphics and original materials supplied by 3dprintedsolutionsnl are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Buying a physical product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property or grant a right to commercially reproduce protected designs unless expressly agreed in writing.

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape protected areas contrary to law, or use the Services for unlawful activity.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory consumer remedies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by unlawful use, operation outside published specifications, unauthorised modifications, incorrect customer installation, or failure to follow safety and operating instructions.

For business customers only, indirect or consequential business loss may be excluded to the extent legally permitted and unless otherwise agreed. This clause does not reduce consumer rights.

Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay solely caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe carrier disruption, natural disaster, government restriction or major supply interruption. This does not remove mandatory delivery, cancellation or refund rights.

Privacy, complaints & governing law

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Complaints can be submitted through our Contact page.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your residence, and mandatory rules on competent courts remain applicable.

We may update these Terms for future orders when our store, products or legal requirements change. The Terms applicable to an order are those in force when that order is placed unless a later change is required by law or expressly agreed.
